DISASTER SERVICE Sample Clauses

The Disaster Service clause defines the obligations and procedures that apply when a disaster or emergency situation affects the parties' ability to perform under the contract. Typically, this clause outlines the steps each party must take to notify the other of a disaster, the types of services that must be maintained or restored, and any temporary modifications to performance requirements during the emergency. Its core function is to ensure continuity of essential services and clarify responsibilities during unforeseen disruptive events, thereby minimizing confusion and disputes when disasters occur.
