Discharge and Disciplinary Grievances. ‌ The grievance and arbitration procedure of this Agreement is hereby declared to be the exclusive mechanism for a non-probationary employee to appeal a disciplinary action, including dismissal, expressly supplanting any rights that an employee might otherwise have had under Urbana Civil Service Commission rules and regulations and/or 65 ILCS 5/10-1-1, et seq.
