Discharge and Disciplinary Grievances. 9.01 In the event of a claim by an employee that he has been discharged or disciplined unjustly and unreasonably, a grievance may be filed at Step 2 of the Grievance Procedure within five (5) working days of the discharge or disciplinary action.
