Discharge by PG&E. In the event LICENSEE shall fail to pay or discharge any such encumbrance when due, PG&E shall have the right to pay the same upon ten (10) days' prior written notice to LICENSEE. LICENSEE shall reimburse PG&E for all such amounts as Project Costs within ten (10) days after request, together with an administrative fee equal to ten percent (10%) of such Project Costs.
