Discharge Interview. Any Employee who has been discharged or given a disciplinary suspension may, upon said Employee’s request or on the request of the Union, be granted an interview with the President or designee before the discharge takes effect. At such interview, the Employee’s Xxxxxxx and/or Representative may be present.
