Discharge, suspension, or other punitive discipline. The Employer shall furnish an employee subject to discharge, suspension, or other punitive discipline (not including oral warnings) with a written statement of the grounds and specific reason(s) for such actions. In addition, the Employer will notify the Federation of the removal of an employee.
