DISCIPLINARY ACTION: SHOP COMMITTEE AND STEWARDS. A twenty-four hour grace period will be given to the Shop Committee and Department Stewards when they are personally involved in disciplinary action that warrants suspension or discharge, the Chairman will be advised of disciplinary action for investigation before disciplinary action takes effect.
