DISCIPLINARY AND GRIEVANCE PROCEDURES AND SUSPENSION. 24.1 The Grievance and Disciplinary Procedures set out in the Company’s Employee Handbook will apply to the Executive. Such procedures are non-contractual and the Company reserves the right to leave out any stage of the procedures and failure to follow a procedure (or part of it) shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement. 24.2 The Company reserves the right to suspend the Executive on full pay, for so long as it reasonably thinks fit, in order to: 24.2.1 investigate any allegations made against the Executive (whether in the context of the internal disciplinary process or otherwise); 24.2.2 satisfy itself as to the Executive’s fitness for work; and 24.2.3 where it reasonably considers that it may be beneficial to temporarily remove the Executive.
