Disciplinary Final Warning of Discharge. If the Company gives an employee a Disciplinary Final Warning of Discharge, the employee shall be given the reason(s) for the Disciplinary Final Warning of Discharge in the presence of a Head Shop Xxxxxxx in the business unit where the employee is working, or in the presence of a Union officer, except that when neither is available, such notification will be given to the Shop Xxxxxxx or the Head Shop Xxxxxxx and the President of the Union will be notified electronically or telephonically.
