Disciplinary Grievance refers to. a grievance involving a verbal reprimand, written reprimand, suspension, removal or a reduction in pay and/or position. Grievances concerning suspensions of ten (10) days or greater, removals, or reduction in position shall be initiated at the third step of the grievance procedure. Suspensions or reductions in pay of less than ten (10) days shall be initiated at the second step of the grievance procedure.
