DISCIPLINE AND DISCHARGE Section 1. Discipline. Disciplinary action by the Appointing Authority shall be imposed for just cause only. Except in cases of discharge, the intent of discipline is to be corrective in nature. Disciplinary actions may include any of the following, but not necessarily in this order.
