Common use of Discipline of Strikers Clause in Contracts

Discipline of Strikers. ‌ Any officer who violates the provisions of Section 4.1 of this Article shall be subject to disciplinary action and statutory penalties. Any action taken by the Employer against any officer who participates in any action prohibited by Section 4.1 above shall not be considered as a violation of this Agreement and shall not be subject to the provisions of the grievanceprocedure.
