Certification Incentive. For the 2023-2024 school year, the Association and Board agree to offer an incentive of $1000 to any certified teachers on a current contract with Mid-Del Public Schools who successfully complete a special education-related certification test and accept a position as a special education teacher with Mid-Del Public Schools. The incentive payment will be spread out evenly across the school year and pro-rated for anyone who does not complete a full contract year. (2021)

Certification Incentive. The City shall provide an incentive for full-time employees covered by this Agreement to obtain a level of education beyond that of a high school diploma and the minimum requirements for the position held by the employee as well as certain licenses or certifications relating to the employee’s classification. A proposed curriculum must be approved by the City prior to the start of classes by the employee to be eligible for the education incentive pay. Employees shall be reimbursed by the City $150 per six (6) months for the cost of tuition fees and books for approved courses. The education incentive pay will be applicable for the completion of the first- and second-year Associate Degree of college work at an accredited institution and maintenance of an aggregate grade point average of 2.0 on a scale of 4.0.

The Village agrees to compensate employees annually for the following certifications and licenses: $700.00 - International Society of Arboriculture Certified Arborist $700.00 – Class “C” Water Operator $150.00 - per year per category for each of the following pesticide license categories:

Cisco will apply two {2) additional discount points for Silver Certification, and three (3) additional discount points for Gold Certification, at such time that all of the requirements for Certification have been completed. Certification points will not be applied retroactively.
Certification Incentive. Qualification is limited to any one (1) CSFM Certification track. The incentive will not apply to multiple CSFM Certification tracks. Maximum incentive of $375/mo (in 2022-2023) for those who qualify for Level I & Level II CSFM Certifications, and maximum incentive of $250/mo (in 2022-2023) for those who possess only Level I CSFM Certifications.
Certification Incentive. (a) Water and wastewater employees shall receive the following certificate incentive pay upon receiving both certificates at each level. For example, if an employee has treatment and collection certificates at Level 1 and then achieves the Level 2 treatment certificate, the employee is eligible for the Level 1 incentive pay, not the Level 2.
Certification Incentive. A Division Chief who earns certification as a Fire Officer shall receive a 2.5% increase above their base salary. • A Division Chief who earns certification as a Chief Officer shall receive a 2.5% increase above their base salary.
Certification Incentive. A. In addition to the regular wages set forth in Appendix A, the Employer shall pay an additional $625.00 lump sum annual bonus for holding (i) a pesticide license, or (ii) an Arborist Certification, provided that not more than two (2) employees may receive Arborist incentive in any year, and the employees requesting Arborist Certification incentives must be approved by the Department Head. Employees who possess and maintain a Class C Water Operator’s License but who are not in the classification of Water Operator shall receive an additional $625.00 lump sum annual bonus for holding such license. When any Employee who holds a Class C Water Operator’s License (but is not in the classification of Water Operator) reaches the maximum rate for their classification, such Employee shall thereafter receive an additional $625.00 lump sum annual bonus. No employee shall be eligible to receive payment for more than two (2) certifications and/or licenses under this Section 22.2 in any single year.
