Common use of Discipline of Tenured Faculty Clause in Contracts

Discipline of Tenured Faculty. This Section only applies to tenured Faculty. The Board may discipline, suspend, or dismiss tenured Faculty for just cause. Such a Faculty member may utilize the grievance and arbitration procedure set forth in this Agreement to appeal any such disciplinary action; provided, however, oral reprimands may not be grieved (but shall be subject to the provisions of Section 16.01).
