DISCIPLINE, SUSPENSION, DEMOTION AND DISMISSAL. Section One. No permanent employee in the classified service who has completed the working test period and no unclassified employee covered under 5-198(l) who has completed the working test period shall be demoted, suspended or dismissed, except for just cause. (The application of this Section to the employees of the Connecticut Agricultural Experiment Station is subject to the approval of the Station’s Board of Control.)
