DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION AND COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS. 19.1 Subject to compliance with the other provisions of this Clause 19, the sharing of ideas and experiences between the Signatories is encouraged both to facilitate the implementation of the Principles and to develop them further in accordance with the aims of the Association. However, when sharing information, each Signatory recognises the need to comply with all relevant applicable laws and, in particular, those relating to client confidentiality and anti- competitive practices.
