Disclosure of Interested Parties. In accordance with Texas Government Code, Section 2252.908, a governmental entity or state agency may not enter into a contract valued at $1 million dollars or greater with a business entity unless the business entity, in accordance with Texas Administrative Code, Title 1, Part 2, Chapter 46, Rules 46.1, 46.3 and 46.5, submits a disclosure of interested parties to the governmental entity or state agency at the time the business entity submits the signed contract to the governmental entity or state agency. The disclosure of interested parties must be submitted on a form, and in a manner, prescribed by the Texas Ethics Commission.
