Disclosure of Obligations. I consent to the Company’s notification to any third party of the existence and content of this Agreement.
Disclosure of Obligations. The Employee agrees that, during the Employee’s employment with the Corporation and for a period of twelve (12) months after the Employee’s termination of employment with the Corporation, regardless of the reason for such termination, the Employee shall, prior to accepting employment or any other business relationship with any other person or entity, inform that person or entity of the Employee’s obligations under this Section 2, including all of its subparts.
Disclosure of Obligations. (Volunteer) shall make the terms and conditions of this agreement known to any business or employer in competition with (Employer), with which (Volunteer) becomes associated during the term of this agreement. (Employer) shall have the right to make the terms of this agreement known to third persons.
Disclosure of Obligations. During the Noncompete Period, Executive will, prior to accepting employment or any other business relationship with any other person or entity, inform that person or entity of Executive’s obligations under Sections 7 to 9 of this Agreement.
Disclosure of Obligations. During the restrictive period set forth in this Article 6, Employee will inform any new employer or prospective employer, prior to accepting employment, of the existence of this Agreement and provide such employer with a copy of this Agreement.

The Employee agrees that, during the Employee’s employment with Xxxxxxx and for a period of twelve (12) months after the Employee’s termination of employment with Xxxxxxx, regardless of the reason for such termination, the Employee shall, prior to accepting employment or any other business relationship with any other person or entity, inform that person or entity of the Employee’s obligations under this Section 2, including all of its subparts.

During the Non-Competition Period, each Jxxxxx Member agrees that such Jxxxxx Member shall, prior to accepting employment or any other business relationship with any other person or entity, inform that person or entity of such Jxxxxx Member’s obligations under Section 4 of this Agreement, including all of its subparts.
Disclosure of Obligations. During the Non-Compete Period, Employee will, prior to accepting employment or any other business relationship with any other person or entity, inform that person or entity of Employee's obligations under this Agreement.
Disclosure of Obligations. Executive agrees that, during the Restricted Period, Executive will, prior to accepting employment or any other business relationship with any other person or entity, inform that person or entity of Executive’s obligations under Sections 8 and 9 of this Agreement. Similarly, Executive hereby authorizes the Company to notify any other person or entity during the Restricted Period, including, without limitation, Executive’s future employers, future partners, and Customers, as defined above, of the existence of this Agreement and Executive’s obligations under Sections 7 through 11 of this Agreement.
