Disclosure of Plans and Specifications. Upon commencement of any Sun-Ex work, Sun-Ex shall make available to Solar Cell Owner copies of plans and specifications, names and addresses of contractors, copies of contracts, necessary permits and licenses and instruments of indemnification against all claims, costs, expenses, damages and liabilities which may arise in connection with such work.
