Disclosure of Transaction Data and Client Content. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, Greater Giving may preserve or disclose all information that is or comes into Greater Giving’s possession or control, including Transaction Data and Client Content, in accordance with Greater Giving’s Privacy Policy or if Greater Giving believes that it is reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, regulation or a lawful order from a competent judicial, administrative or law enforcement authority with jurisdiction over Greater Giving or such information, relating to investigation of questionable or fraudulent transactions.

  • Disclosure of Account Information to Third Parties It is our general policy to treat your account information as confidential. However, we will disclose information to third parties about your account or the transactions you make in the following situations pursuant to our Privacy Policy (as further described in Section 10 (Your Privacy) of the General Terms), in addition to the circumstances set forth in Section 20 of the General Terms (Information Authorization):

  • DISCLOSURE OF TBS ACCESS CODE TO THIRD PARTY (a) The Account Holder must exercise all care to ensure that the TBS Access Code is not disclosed to any person and shall take all steps to prevent forgery or fraud in connection with the use of his TBS Access Code and/or the operation of the TBS. If the TBS Access Code is disclosed to any person, the Account Holder must forthwith give the Bank written notice thereof, thereupon the Account Holder shall immediately cease to use the TBS Access Code.

  • Disclosure of Personal Information We may disclose your personal information to third parties, when necessary, and to our affiliates in connection with the services we provide related to your holding of Units of the Fund(s), including:

  • Disclosure of Account Information We may disclose information to third parties about Your Account or transfers You make: (1) when it is necessary to complete an electronic transaction; or (2) in order to verify the existence and conditions of Your Account for a third party such as a credit bureau or merchant; or (3) in order to comply with a government agency or court order, or any legal process; or (4) if You give Us written permission.

  • Transaction Information The Adviser shall furnish to the Trust such information concerning portfolio transactions as may be necessary to enable the Trust or its designated agent to perform such compliance testing on the Funds and the Adviser’s services as the Trust may, in its sole discretion, determine to be appropriate. The provision of such information by the Adviser to the Trust or its designated agent in no way relieves the Adviser of its own responsibilities under this Agreement.
