Disclosure to Participants. The Committee shall make available to each Participant, former Participant, and Beneficiary for his examination such records, documents, and other data as are required under ERISA, but only at reasonable times during business hours. No Participant, former Participant, or Beneficiary shall have the right to examine any data or records reflecting the compensation paid to any other Participant, former Participant, or Beneficiary, and the Committee shall not be required to make any data or records available other than those required by ERISA.
Disclosure to Participants. Permit the Bank to disclose the financial information received by it pursuant to this Agreement to each Participant of the Bank pursuant to Section 8.6 of this Agreement subject to the confidentiality restrictions set forth in Section 8.7 hereof.
Disclosure to Participants. The Borrower shall permit the Lender to disclose any information received by the Lender in connection herewith including, without limitation, the financial information described in Section 5.1(b)(i) hereof, to any Participant.
Disclosure to Participants. The Authority will permit the Bank to disclose the information described in Section 6.01 hereof to any Participants of the Bank in this Agreement.
Disclosure to Participants. Subject to Section 10.04, and subject to the Purchaser providing the Borrower with a copy of the confidentiality agreement required by Section 10.04 prior to such disclosure, the Borrower agrees to permit the Purchaser to disclose any information received by the Purchaser in connection herewith, including without limitation the financial information described in Section 6.02, to any assignees or Participants of the Purchaser without notice to or further consent from the Borrower.
Disclosure to Participants. The Borrower agrees to permit the Bank to disclose, upon prior written notice to the Borrower, any information received by the Bank in connection herewith, including without limitation the financial information described in Section 5.02, to any assignees or Participants of the Bank in this Agreement, provided that the Bank require any assignee or Participant to maintain the confidential nature of, and shall not use or disclose, any confidential information identified in writing by Bxxxxxxx as such.
Disclosure to Participants. The Commission will permit the Bank to disclose the information described in Section 6.01 hereof to any Participants of the Bank in this Agreement.
Disclosure to Participants. The Issuer shall permit the Bank to disclose the financial information received by it pursuant to this Agreement to any participants of the Bank in this Agreement, subject to confidentiality restrictions and use restrictions customary for financial institutions.
Disclosure to Participants. The City shall permit the Lender to disclose any information received by the Lender in connection herewith including, without limitation, the financial information described in Section 7.1(a) hereof, to any Participant.
Disclosure to Participants. Permit the Purchaser to disclose the information described in Section 6.01 hereof to any Participants.
