The Receiving Party (and any person to whom the Receiving Party is permitted to disclose Confidential Information under this Clause 50) may disclose such information (excluding in all cases any Transactional Data and/or Industry Registration Data) to any professional advisors (meaning any lawyers, auditors or accountants, but excluding any other sub-contractors, agents or representatives) solely for the purposes of the supply of advice or services to the relevant person or body provided such person(s) comply with equivalent confidentiality obligations to those imposed under this Clause 50 on the relevant party and that:
