Duties of Customer. Without limiting the above, the Customer shall be required, at its expense, to cooperate with the Licensor by maintaining a computer system with an environment suitable for the operation of the Software (including hardware, third-party software and internet connectivity), to maintain current its contact information with the Licensor, to safeguard, by way of backup or otherwise, its data and other computer system and the Software and its license key before installing a Software update; and to promptly notify in writing the Licensor of any infringement by the Software of the rights of any third party.

Duties of Customer. Bank is generally not able to cancel a MT950 Message once sent. It is Customer’s responsibility to request the Bank cancel future MT950 Messages once Customer no longer desires they be sent. It may take several Business Days for Bank to implement the cancellation.
Duties of Customer. 4.1 Customer agrees that all claims occurring during the term of this Agreement will be reported to MiliRisk, unless otherwise notified by the Customer and approved by MiliRisk. Customer will provide all information relevant to claims to MiliRisk in order for MiliRisk to fulfill its duties and obligations as set out in Exhibit I. 4.2 Customer shall appoint a Project Manager with sufficient authority within Customer's organization to facilitate Customer's role as MiliRisk performs the Services enumerated in Exhibit I of this Agreement.
Duties of Customer. 4.1 Customer shall provide the data necessary, in a timely manner and in a format acceptable to MiliRisk, for MiliRisk to perform the Services defined in Exhibit I of this Agreement. Customer acknowledges that delays in delivery of required information will result in a similar delay in fulfilling Services. 4.2 Customer acknowledges that MiliRisk assumes no risk or responsibility for Customer's claims administration, claim payments or recovery within this Agreement. 4.3 Customer will provide MiliRisk with the policy jackets and the information and specifications necessary to perform the Services defined in Exhibit I of this Agreement, including but not limited to Customer's banking institution account information, corporate and subsidiary logos (if applicable), style and specifications of printed documents such as insurance policies, and all other information and specifications necessary to perform the Services. 4.4 Customer shall appoint a Project Manager with sufficient authority within Customer's organization to facilitate Customer's role as MiliRisk performs the Services enumerated in Exhibit I of this Agreement.
Duties of Customer. Customer is obligated to monitor its accounts to confirm execution of the MT101 Messages by Executing Bank. If execution is not possible, the Executing Bank should issue an Advice of Rejection or Suspension. Upon receipt of such advice, the Bank will notify the Customer. If MT101 Messages are not forwarded due to operational disruption in the Bank systems, a new forwarding attempt will be undertaken by Bank after the disruption has been rectified. This is the only case in which forwarding attempts are repeated. In all other cases, Customer must issue a new MT101 request. Bank is generally not able to cancel a MT101 Message once sent. Customer must contact the Originator or Executing Bank in the event of an issue with an executed MT101 Message. Moreover, Customer is obligated to inform Bank at once as soon as it becomes aware of possible fraud or abuse in connection with the initiation of a MT101 Message and assist in the prevention and termination of such fraud or abuse.
Duties of Customer. 3.1 Customer shall: 3.1.1 promptly forward, or cause to be forwarded to TRISTAR, all claims, claim forms, demands, notices, inquiries or correspondence concerning or related to Claims; 3.1.2 at the time that Claims are assigned to TRISTAR, provide TRISTAR with a copy of any investigative and pertinent material; 3.1.3 not comment upon, discuss with third parties, or independently adjust, attempt to settle, or otherwise process Claims without prior written notice to TRISTAR; 3.1.4 make all arrangements necessary in order for TRISTAR to be able issue payments from the Account; 3.1.5 cooperate with TRISTAR with respect to the performance of Claim services, including, but not limited to: responding promptly to TRISTAR’s requests for information; providing timely direction to TRISTAR for matters exceeding its authority; meeting with TRISTAR, as may be needed; and making decisions as required by this Agreement and within such time periods as to meet all legal requirements applicable to the obligations under this Agreement; 3.1.6 report to any and all insurers, reinsurers or intermediaries all facts, notices, documents, and information sufficient to comply with reporting requirements of said insurers or reinsurers regarding the Claims hereunder. TRISTAR shall make no such reports unless specifically requested in writing by Customer, or as specifically provided in this Agreement. TRISTAR shall however cooperate with Customer with respect to Customer's obligations to insurers and reinsurers; 3.1.7 be responsible for managing the vendors (managed care, other third party administrators, and other services) Customer has contracted with and meeting all requirements in connections therewith. TRISTAR will have no responsibility or liability for the obligations of vendors or Customer in connection with the services provided by such vendors, except that TRISTAR shall cooperate with the vendors Customer contracted with and assist Customer with respect to such vendor requirements; and 3.1.8 perform all such other actions and things reasonably necessary or otherwise required to enable TRISTAR to perform its services under this Agreement. 3.2 Customer represents and warrants that it is and shall remain throughout the Term a qualified self- insured governmental entity under applicable state law.
Duties of Customer. 3.1 The Customer shall observe and comply with all the rules of IFSG and all applicable laws, regulations and regulatory requirements (as amended from time to time) and do all things necessary to facilitate the clearance of its trades through the Company. 3.2 The Customer shall also observe and comply with all terms and conditions in this Agreement governing the clearing arrangements and relationships, as well as any risk management measures such as trading limits and any other requirements or restrictions which the Company deems fit or necessary to impose from time to time. 3.3 Unless otherwise directed by the Company in writing, the Customer shall place all trades and contracts executed on IFSG on the Company’s books. The Customer undertakes to be responsible for resolving immediately all unmatched trades. 3.4 The Customer shall submit such information to the Company as may be required by IFSG and/or ICSG or applicable regulatory authority which include but not limited to information on ownership and control of positions in the Customer’s accounts maintained in the books of the Company.

Esri Ireland will endeavour to accommodate such notified needs if it is considered both reasonable and practical to do so.
