Disconnection of Project or Curtailment of Deliveries. In order to remain consistent with Good Utility Practice and Applicable Law, TVA or Local Power Company may require Seller: (1) to effect a Curtailment of deliveries from the Project or (2) to disconnect the Project from the TVA, or Local Power Company system, as the case may be, as necessary or appropriate to eliminate adverse impacts attributable to operation of the Project, including the following circumstances, whether such circumstances exist on the TVA transmission system, Local Power Company System, or another system:

Disconnection of Project or Curtailment of Deliveries. In order to remain consistent with Good Utility Practice and compliant with Applicable Law, LUB may require Seller: (1) to effect a Curtailment of deliveries from the Project or (2) to temporarily disconnect the Project from the LUB system or as necessary or appropriate to eliminate adverse impacts attributable to operation of the Project, including the following circumstances, whether such circumstances exist on the LUB system:
