Discontinuance of Manager's Services. If the Residence is unfit for occupancy due to unrepaired damage or any other reason, or in the event of strikes, unavailability of labor, shortage of materials or other causes beyond the control of Manager, Manager shall not be obligated to provide the services set fourth in the Agreement.

Discontinuance of Manager's Services. If the Residence ceases to meet the maintenance standards or is unfit for occupancy due to un-repaired damage, or in the event of strikes, acts of God, unavailability of labor, shortage of materials or other causes beyond the control of Manager, Manager shall not be obligated to provide the services set forth in this Agreement during such period, and in that event the Program Fee shall be abated in whole or in part to an extent appropriate to account for any interruption in the services that Manager would otherwise provide. Manager shall notify Owner of any such occurrence with reasonable promptness.
