Common use of Discontinuance of Schedule Clause in Contracts

Discontinuance of Schedule. Twelve (12) hour shifts are available based on unit and Swedish Medical Center staffing needs and partner availability. The Swedish Medical Center reserves the right to discontinue the twelve (12) hour work schedule at any time in the future, after at least thirty (30) days advance notice to the nurse.
