Discontinuance of Supply. If you wish to discontinue consumption of electricity at any Supply Point during the term of this Supply Contract whilst you continue to lease, occupy or own such Supply Point then, until such time as the relevant Meter Point(s) is/are Disconnected and the Equipment is removed you shall indemnify us in respect of:
Discontinuance of Supply. 2.1 The Supplier undertakes to produce and supply the Components in accordance with the Specifications, the latest agreed product de- scriptions, including drawings referred to in such product description and at the prices specified in the Purchase Agreement. Discontinuance of Supply. (a) Any Meter supplied to You shall remain the property of Bord Gais Networks and may be removed or disconnected by Bord Gais Networks in the following circumstances::
I. Under instruction of Flogas NG;
II. For safety reasons;
III. Suspected interference reasons; or
IV. If there is no registered gas supplier at the Premises.
Discontinuance of Supply. CTILS shall, upon **** written notice to Wholesaler, be entitled to discontinue or vary the manufacture and/or supply of the Product.
