DISCONTINUED SERVICES. 7.4.1 Without prejudice to condition 14 or any other right of suspension or termination of Services under these Conditions, Pericom shall have the right to discontinue the Managed Services Support Services in respect of specified Equipment and/or Leased Equipment (without further liability to the Client) in the event that Pericom’s supplier and/or the manufacturer has ceased to supply such Equipment and/or Leased Equipment PROVIDED THAT Pericom shall notify the Client as soon as reasonably possible after it is aware of any cessation in supply of the Equipment and/or Leased Equipment and shall arrange with the Client to either terminate the Contract or replace or upgrade the affected Equipment and/or Leased Equipment at the Client’s expense.
