Discovery and Notice. Seven (7) days prior to the start of an arbitration hearing under this Article, the parties shall exchange a preliminary list of names of witnesses and copies of all documents to be used as in evidence in the hearing. Names of additional witnesses or additional documents must be exchanged no later than three3 days before the hearing. The parties shall each be responsible for notifying their respective witnesses and principals of the time and place of the arbitration hearing. This discovery requirement is voluntary and shall be implemented only upon the request of either party at least fourteen (14) days prior to the date of the arbitration.
