INVESTIGATIONS OF MISHAPS AND CLOSE CALLS In the case of a close call, mishap or mission failure, the Parties agree to provide assistance to each other in the conduct of any investigation. For all NASA mishaps or close calls, Partner agrees to comply with XXX 0000.0, "NASA Procedural Requirements for Mishap and Close Call Reporting, Investigating, and Recordkeeping".
Project acronym Use the project acronym as indicated in the submitted proposal. It cannot be changed, unless agreed during the negotiations. The same acronym should appear on each page of the grant agreement preparation documents to prevent errors during its handling.
DISCOVERY OF HAZARDOUS MATERIALS If, during the performance of the Work, Contractor or Contractor’s subcontractor(s) encounter material believed to be asbestos, polychlorinated biphenyl (PCB), or any other identified or non-identified potentially hazardous material (which has not been rendered harmless and labeled as such), Contractor and Contractor’s subcontractor(s) shall immediately stop work in the area affected and report the condition, in writing, to District.
