In the case of a mishap during the process of supplying services or other activities in the performance of this Agreement, NASA and Partner agree to provide assistance to each other in the conduct of any investigation. In the event that Partner processing results in a NASA mishap, Partner agrees to comply with XXX 0000.0, NASA Procedural Requirements for Mishap and Close Call Reporting, Investigating, and Recordkeeping, and NASA KSC safety policies, as appropriate.

Mishap or breach of flying regulation investigations involving NASA aircraft or occurring at a NASA facility will be coordinated by NASA and the response will be conducted IAW NPR 8621.1C.

Otherwise, Partner will be responsible for leading or participating in the Mishap Investigation alone or in conjunction with another government agency (NTSB, Xxxxxxx AFB, or other).
