Discovery of Documents. (06/19) In the event a court of competent jurisdiction orders the release of Confidential Information submitted by one Party, the other Party will notify the Party whose Confidential Information is being requested to be disclosed of the request. The Party receiving the request shall allow the other Party to participate in the response at its own expense. Each Party will comply with any effective court order.
