The City will enforce all diversity in workforce and D/M/W/ESB/SDVBE subcontracting commitments made by Contractor.

City Reporting Requirements. (12/18) The City is required to track certain types of contract data for reporting purposes. Items which the City must report on may include, but are not limited to, Subcontractor utilization, Minority, Women, Emerging Small Business, Service-Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (D/M/W/ESB/SDVBE) participation and Subcontractor/Supplier Payment. The City will enforce all diversity in workforce and D/M/W/ESB/SDVBE subcontracting commitments made by Contractor in its Proposal/Quote. 3.6 Payment. (09/17) Payment(s) shall be in accordance with the payment schedule set forth in Exhibit A: Contractor’s Price. 3.6.1 Payment shall be issued by the City net thirty (30) Calendar Days from receipt of a complete and acceptable invoice from Contractor. Contractor invoices must contain Contractor’s name and address; invoice number; date of invoice; Contract number and date; description of Products and/or Services; quantity, unit price, (where appropriate), and total amount; City- 3.6.2 The City makes payments via electronic fund transfers through the Automated Clearing House (ACH) network. To initiate payment of invoices, Contractor shall execute the City’s standard ACH Vendor Payment Authorization Agreement. Upon verification of the data provided, the ACH Vendor Payment Authorization Agreement will authorize the City to deposit payment directly into specified Contractor accounts with specified financial institutions. All payments shall be made in United States currency.

The City will enforce the diversity in workforce and COBID- Certified subcontracting commitment made by Contractor in its Proposal to share information about pricing, qualifications, licensing, and proposal preparation with project partners, consistent with the mentor-protégé program run by the Port of Portland. In addition, the goal for use of COBID-Certified businesses under this Agreement is 30% of contract dollars.
City Reporting Requirements. 6.1 CITY agrees to submit to COUNTY, no later than January 18, 2013, a detailed written financial report showing all calendar year-to-date revenues and expenditures of CITY for the year ending December 31, 2012. This report shall specifically include a comparison chart between the actual revenues and expenditures of CITY against CITY’s adopted budget. The report shall be certified as true and correct by CITY's Finance Director and Mayor.

  • Reporting Requirement (1) In the event the Contractor identifies covered telecommunications equipment or services used as a substantial or essential component of any system, or as critical technology as part of any system, during contract performance, or the Contractor is notified of such by a subcontractor at any tier or by any other source, the Contractor shall report the information in paragraph (d)(2) of this clause to the Contracting Officer, unless elsewhere in this contract are established procedures for reporting the information; in the case of the Department of Defense, the Contractor shall report to the website at xxxxx://xxxxxx.xxx.xxx. (ii) Within 10 business days of submitting the information in paragraph (d)(2)(i) of this clause: any further available information about mitigation actions undertaken or recommended. In addition, the Contractor shall describe the efforts it undertook to prevent use or submission of covered telecommunications equipment or services, and any additional efforts that will be incorporated to prevent future use or submission of covered telecommunications equipment or services.

  • Child Abuse Reporting Requirements A. Grantees shall comply with child abuse and neglect reporting requirements in Texas Family Code Chapter 261. This section is in addition to and does not supersede any other legal obligation of the Grantee to report child abuse. B. Grantee shall use the Texas Abuse Hotline Website located at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/Login/Default.aspx as required by the System Agency. Grantee shall retain reporting documentation on site and make it available for inspection by the System Agency.
