Common use of Discrepancies Clause in Contracts

Discrepancies. Should the City discover errors in the internal controls or in the record keeping associated with the Project, Developer shall be notified of such errors and the Parties shall consult on what steps may be necessary to correct such discrepancies within a reasonable period of time, not to exceed sixty (60) days after discovery. The Board shall be informed of the action taken to correct such discrepancies.
