Area Codes. C.1.1.9.1 The Technical Requirements, and especially the process functional requirements in Appendix 18A – Process Functional Requirements, have used the Area Codes in accordance with the Document Numbering Standard found in Appendix 18D – City Standards. These Area Codes should be used as a guide. However, if Design Builder desires to modify and update the Area Codes and the processes contained within the areas Design Builder shall submit the proposed changes to the City for review in accordance with the RFS procedure. Proposed changes to Area Codes, if applicable, shall be submitted to the City for review prior to submission of the 30% Design Submittal. The Area Codes anticipated for this Project are:

  • Building Codes The following Building Codes, in the latest editions approved by the Georgia Department of Community Affairs, shall be used. (See O.C.G.A. §8-2-20.) The Design Professional will designate any additional codes or special modifications in the Supplementary General Conditions. As of the year 2000, these codes are published jointly by the Southern Building Code Congress International, the International Code Council, the Building Officials and Code Administrators, International, and the International Conference of Building Officials, and are commonly referred to as the International Building Codes.

  • Access Codes Tenant shall provide Landlord/Broker with all access codes to all entrance gates and security systems located on the Property.

  • Building Safety There shall be a Labor/Management Committee concerning the safety of State Buildings. The Committee shall be made up of one representative from each of the following bargaining units: Representing Labor - Administrative Services; Operations, Maintenance and Support Services; Law Enforcement; Professional and Technical Services; Supervisory Services; Institutional Services; and State Police Unit and an equal number of management representatives selected by the Governor.
