Utilities and Other Services 4.4.1 The Tenant shall arrange, at its own cost and expense, for the installation, connection and supply of all utilities and any other services required by it at or in relation to the Premises.

Network Elements and Other Services Manual Additive 2.13.5.1 The Commissions in some states have ordered per-element manual additive non- recurring charges (NRC) for Network Elements and Other Services ordered by means other than one of the interactive interfaces. These ordered Network Elements and Other Services manual additive NRCs will apply in these states, rather than the charge per LSR. The per-element charges are listed on the Rate Tables in Exhibit C.
TUITION AND OTHER FEES 5.1 The Training Provider may determine the tuition fee it charges to any Skills First Student for delivery of programs on the Funded Scope, unless:
Indemnity Limitation with TIPS Members Texas and other states restrict by law or state Constitution the ability of a governmental entity to indemnify others. TIPS requires that any contract entered into between a vendor and TIPS or a TIPS Member as a result of an award under this Solicitation limit the requirement that the Customer indemnify the Vendor by either eliminating any such indemnity requirement clauses in any agreements, contracts or other binding documents OR by prefacing all indemnity clauses required of TIPS or the TIPS Member entity with the following: "To the extent permitted by the laws or the Constitution of the state where the customer resides, ". Discovery and Other Rights Discovery and rights to appeal in arbitration are generally more limited than in a lawsuit. This applies to both you and us. Other rights that you or we would have in court may not be available in arbitration. Please read this Arbitration Clause and consult the rules of the arbitration organizations listed below for more information.
SETTLEMENT AND OTHER EXPENSES A. The following expenses must be paid at or prior to closing:
PAYMENT OF OTHER HOUSING CANCELLATION FEES AND OTHER ASSESSMENTS Except for rental charges, all housing charges, including but not limited to cancellation fees, rekey fees, and any other non-rental housing charge are due and payable when billed.
Contract and other writing(s) setting forth the final agreements, clarifications and terms between the Bid Documents and Contractor’s Bid. In the latter circumstance, clarifications must specifically note in writing what was offered by the Contractor and what was accepted by the State. If not, such clarifications shall be considered last in the order of precedence under this paragraph.
