─Discrimination Prohibited in Service Provision. (Because of Race, Religion, Color, National Origin, Sex, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, Disability, Age, Political Beliefs or Reprisal or Retaliation for prior Civil Rights Activity or other Federal or State Protected Class) In addition to Section 3.18, the following is required: 1. The Contractor will not discriminate against anyone applying for or receiving assistance or services based on race, religion, color, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, age, political beliefs or reprisal or retaliation for prior civil rights activity or any other protected class identified in federal or state laws.
