  • Business Representative You and your Representative individually affirm to Stripe that (a) your Representative is authorised to provide User Information on your behalf and to bind you to this Agreement; and (b) your Representative is an executive officer, director, senior manager or otherwise has significant responsibility for the control, management or direction of your business. Stripe may require you or your Representative to provide additional information or documentation demonstrating your Representative’s authority.

  • Independent Parties This Agreement shall not be deemed to create any partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between the Parties. Each Party shall act hereunder as an independent contractor.

  • Independent Entities Business Associate and Covered Entity are independent entities, and this Agreement will not establish any relationship of partnership, joint venture, employment, franchise, or agency between Business Associate and Covered Entity.   • Exclusive Representative The University recognizes UPTE-CWA 9119, which was certified by the Public Employment Relations Board (PERB) on April 15, 1996 in SF-PC-1051-H as the sole and exclusive representative for the purposes of collective bargaining with respect to wages, hours, and terms and conditions of employment for all employees, excluding employees defined by XXXXX as managerial, supervisory and/or confidential and all student employees whose employment is contingent upon their status as students, in the bargaining unit.

Red Hat’s 24x7 Production Support team will be responsible for addressing issues, but will consult with your TAM representative, as your TAM representative is available, for advice and to gain a better understanding of your infrastructure, environment and specific needs.   • Administrative and Operating Expenses Charged to the Judicial Council The Judicial Council may reimburse the Contractor for itemized administrative and operating expenses, pursuant to this exhibit, that are reasonable, allowable, and allocable in performing the Work of this Agreement, provided that the Judicial Council first approves such charges via one (1) or more BEO’s that set forth the final details on these items.
