Flexibility 13.1 The Employer and an Employee covered by this Agreement may agree to make an individual flexibility arrangement to vary the effect of terms of this Agreement if:
AGREEMENT FLEXIBILITY 7.1 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, an employer and an individual employee may agree to vary the application of certain terms of this agreement to meet the genuine individual needs of the employer and the individual employee. Labour Flexibility (i) An employer may direct an employee to carry out such duties as are reasonable and within the limits of the employee's skill, competence and training consistent with employee's classification, grouping and/or career stream provided that such duties are not designed to promote deskilling.
Award Criteria 40.1 The Procuring Entity shall award the Contract to the successful tenderer whose tender has been determined to be the Lowest Evaluated Tender in accordance with procedures in Section 3: Evaluation and Qualification Criteria.
Workplace Flexibility The employer must ensure that any Individual Flexibility Agreement (IFA) is genuinely agreed to by the employer and the employee and result in the employee being better off overall at the time the IFA is made than the employee would have been if no IFA had been agreed to.
System for Award Management (XXX) Requirement Alongside a signed copy of this Agreement, Grantee will provide Florida Housing with a XXX.xxx proof of registration and Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) number. Grantee will continue to maintain an active XXX registration with current information at all times during which it has an active award under this Agreement.
