Discussion of Job Responsibilities. The assignment of job responsibilities shall be reasonably related to the employee’s classification description. If the assigned job responsibility is reasonably related to the employee’s classification description, the assignment is not grievable. An employee may request a meeting with the Human Resource Director/AVP and the immediate supervisor to discuss job responsibilities, either in terms of workload or the appropriateness of an assignment in relation to the classification description.
