Transfers and Rehires. Employees who desire transfer or rehire shall have their status clearly marked.
Transfers and Rehires. Employees who have successfully completed their probation period and thereafter transfer to another position in another classification series or who are permitted to transfer to another College may be required, with sufficient written notice, to satisfy another probation period in the new position. Employees who are rehired after a separation in employment may be required, with written notice at the time of rehire, to satisfy another probation period in the new position.
