Furthermore, the overall organizational capacity of NIAHVM is an issue that will be addressed throughout the initial stage of the Project. World Lab is more experienced in project implementation than NIAHVM so, to accomplish a smooth startup, selected World Lab staff accompanied the Director to Moldova during his initial trip. They also have agreed to provide startup assistance and training of Moldovan staff in administration, program and financial management. This strategy has helped, in that the Moldovan office is now fully functional, and staff are in place and performing project activities. Future activities in developing the partner’s organizational framework for the project include the establishment of Monitoring and Evaluation procedures and activities.

Plans for expanding networking to xxxxxx partnerships can be outlined at the CNFA-sponsored 9th Annual Agribusiness Alliance Meeting, which Xx. Xxxxxxxx, with his counterpart economists from World Lab and INZMV, will attend in April. Much of PFID’s assessment conclusions have advocated the development of cultural seafood and fish growing in the Azov and Black Sea basin. The Port of Odessa could serve as one of the most important hubs for seafood processing in Eastern Europe. Assessment findings also include the need for investment or joint ventures to replace or update equipment. Such activities could be based on the example of “Carmez International”, a joint stock company with Belgian capital. “Carmez International” imports raw material for processing, exports to Russia and is exempt from VAT. As PFID’s strategy for fostering business partnerships initially entails case studies, the process for which will be similar to that involving case studies to improve technical capacity. The next SAR should document that the Project identify at least one partnership to xxxxxx in each country, as well as the development of case study protocols to justify such joint ventures.   • OFFSHORE ACTIVITIES 1. The provisions of this Article shall apply notwithstanding the provisions of Articles 4 to 20 of this Convention.

  • Payment of Project Activities County will reimburse Subrecipient for eligible project-related costs only. Subrecipient shall submit requests for reimbursement to County on a monthly basis beginning on August 1, 2021, and must provide adequate documentation as required by County in accordance with the OC Community Resources Contract Reimbursement Policy, as set forth in Exhibit 1, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. In addition, Subrecipient will provide a progress Grantee Performance Report (“GPR Information Form”) for the time period covered, as prescribed by County. Failure to provide any of the required documentation and reporting will cause County to withhold all or a portion of a request for reimbursement, or return the entire reimbursement package to Subrecipient, until such documentation and reporting has been received and approved by County.

  • FUTURE ACTIVITIES AND UNKNOWN CONDITIONS This Agreement shall not operate to shield the Respondent from liability arising from future activities, as of the date of execution of this Agreement.

  • Contractors Submission Respecting the Agreement The Contractor shall, as part of the Contractor's submission respecting this Contract, complete the attached Schedule B, Identification of Principles; Schedule C, Schedule of Tendered Unit Prices; Schedule D, Schedule of Equipment to be used on the work; and Schedule E, Schedule of Sub-Contractors. The Contract including all appended schedules shall be completed in complete conformity with the instructions to bidders contained in the document entitled "General Provisions and Contract Specification for Highway Construction".   • Information Submission by Connecting Transmission Owner The initial information submission by Connecting Transmission Owner shall occur no later than one hundred eighty (180) Calendar Days prior to Trial Operation and shall include New York State Transmission System information necessary to allow the Developer to select equipment and meet any system protection and stability requirements, unless otherwise mutually agreed to by the Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner. On a monthly basis Connecting Transmission Owner shall provide Developer and NYISO a status report on the construction and installation of Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities and System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades, including, but not limited to, the following information: (1) progress to date; (2) a description of the activities since the last report; (3) a description of the action items for the next period; and (4) the delivery status of equipment ordered.

  • PROJECT ACTIVITIES Grantee must perform the project activities set forth on Exhibit A (the “Project”), attached hereto and incorporated in this Grant by this reference, for the period beginning on the Effective Date and ending June 30, 2021 (the “Performance Period”).
