Common use of Disenrollment During Lock-In Period Clause in Contracts

Disenrollment During Lock-In Period. An Enrollee, subject to Lock-In, may disenroll from the Contractor's plan during the Lock-In period for "good cause" as established in 18 NYCRR Subpart 360-10 or, if the Enrollee becomes eligible for an exemption or exclusion from Medicaid managed care as set forth in Sections 5.2 and 5.3 of this Agreement.
