Automatic Re-Enrollment. An Enrollee who is disenrolled from the Contractor’s Health Plan solely because he or she loses Medicaid eligibility shall automatically be re-enrolled with the Contractor’s Health Plan if the Enrollee regains Medicaid Eligibility within two months.
Automatic Re-Enrollment. The Contractor agrees that Eligible Persons who are disenrolled from the Contractor's plan due to loss of Medicaid eligibility and who regain eligibility within three (3) months will automatically be prospectively re-enrolled with the Contractor's plan, subject to availability of enrollment capacity in the plan.

Automatic Re-Enrollment. Lock-In Provisions
Automatic Re-Enrollment. The OHCA provides automatic re-enrollment of a member who is disenrolled solely because he or she loses Medicaid eligibility for a period of 180 days.
Automatic Re-Enrollment. 3.2.2.8.1 Members who are Disenrolled from DSHP or DSHP Plus solely due to loss of Medicaid eligibility and are re-Enrolled within two months are automatically re-Enrolled with the same MCO with which they had previously been Enrolled. If a member has been Disenrolled for a period of time in excess of two months, he/she will be considered a new member and the standard Enrollment process will apply (see Section 3.2.2 of this Contract).
3.2.2.8.2 Re-Enrollment of DHCP members will be contingent on the payment of a monthly premium, unless waived by DMMA.
Automatic Re-Enrollment. An Enrollee who loses Medicaid eligibility and who regains eligibility for Medicaid within a three (3) month period, will be automatically prospectively re- enrolled in the Contractor’s HIV SNP unless:
i) the Contractor does not offer an HIV SNP in the Enrollee’s county of fiscal responsibility; or
ii) the Enrollee indicates in writing that he/she wishes to enroll in another MCO, or, if permitted, receive coverage under Medicaid fee-for-service.
Automatic Re-Enrollment. Failure to Enroll in Contractor's Medicare Advantage Product
Automatic Re-Enrollment. 14.5.1 Members who are disenrolled because they are temporarily ineligible for Medicaid will be automatically re-enrolled into the same health plan. Temporary loss of eligibility is defined as a period of 6 months or less.
14.5.2 HMO must inform its Members of the automatic re-enrollment procedure. Automatic re-enrollment must be included in the Member Handbook (see Section 8.2.1).
