Automatic Re-Enrollment. An Enrollee who is disenrolled from the Contractor’s Health Plan solely because he or she loses Medicaid eligibility shall automatically be re-enrolled with the Contractor’s Health Plan if the Enrollee regains Medicaid Eligibility within two months.
