DISHONESTY INSURANCE. Manager, at its expense which is not reimbursable, shall furnish employee dishonesty insurance with limits of at least $1,000,000 per loss and in an amount sufficient to cover all employees (whether on-site or off-site) employed by Manager who shall be responsible for handling any moneys belonging to Owner that come under custody or control of Manager.

DISHONESTY INSURANCE. The CONCESSIONAIRE must hire an insurance that includes all persons serving in the Airport covering dishonesty, robbery by assault and theft of Concession assets. It states that the compensation will be for the policyholder of the insurance policy to the extent that it serves to replace, repair or restore a damaged asset given in Concession or acquired by the CONCESSIONAIRE during the concession period. The GRANTOR will be indemnified in all cases they are not meant to replace, repair or restore property that forms part of the Concession.

  • Automobile Liability Insurance Automobile Liability insurance covering bodily injury and property damage in an amount no less than one million dollars ($1,000,000) combined single limit for each occurrence. Covered vehicles shall include owned, non-owned, and hired automobiles/trucks.

  • Liability Insurance To the extent the Company maintains an insurance policy or policies providing directors' and officers' liability insurance, Indemnitee shall be covered by such policy or policies, in accordance with its or their terms, to the maximum extent of the coverage available for any Company director or officer.

  • Umbrella Liability Insurance Liability on a following form basis with a limit $1,000,000 per occurrence in excess of all primary limits.

  • Business Automobile Liability Insurance Such insurance shall cover liability arising out of any automobile used in connection with performance under the Contract, including owned, leased, hired and non-owned automobiles bearing or, under the circumstances under which they are being used, required by the Motor Vehicles Laws of the State of New York to bear, license plates.

  • Comprehensive Automobile Liability Insurance for coverage of owned and non-owned and hired vehicles, trailers or semi-trailers licensed for travel on public roads, with a minimum combined single limit of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) each occurrence for bodily injury, including death, and property damage.

  • Disability Insurance The Superintendent shall purchase long-term disability insurance from the school district’s carrier at his own expense. The Board will increase his salary by the amount of the premium cost.

  • Employer’s Liability Insurance The Contractor shall also maintain Employer's Liability Insurance Coverage with limits of at least: (i) Bodily Injury by Accident $1,000,000 each accident; (ii) Bodily Injury by Disease $1,000,000 each employee; and (iii) Bodily Injury/Disease Aggregate $1,000,000 each accident. The Contractor shall require all Subcontractors performing work under this Contract to obtain an insurance certificate showing proof of Employers Liability Insurance Coverage and shall submit a certificate on the letterhead of the Contractor in the following language:

  • Worker's Compensation and Employer's Liability Insurance The Contractor shall have in effect during the entire life of this Agreement Workers' Compensation and Employer's Liability Insurance providing full statutory coverage. In signing this Agreement, the Contractor certifies, as required by Section 1861 of the California Labor Code, that it is aware of the provisions of Section 3700 of the California Labor Code which requires every employer to be insured against liability for Worker's Compensation or to undertake self-insurance in accordance with the provisions of the Code, and I will comply with such provisions before commencing the performance of the work of this Agreement.

  • The Commercial General Liability Insurance, Comprehensive Automobile Liability Insurance and Excess Public Liability Insurance policies, if written on a Claims First Made Basis, shall be maintained in full force and effect for two (2) years after termination of this LGIA, which coverage may be in the form of tail coverage or extended reporting period coverage if agreed by the Parties.

  • Commercial Automobile Liability Insurance During the term of this Contract, Supplier will maintain insurance covering all owned, hired, and non-owned automobiles in limits of liability not less than indicated below. The coverage must be subject to terms no less broad than ISO Business Auto Coverage Form CA 0001 (2010 edition or newer), or equivalent.
