Concession intangible assets comprise Expressway Development Expenditure ("EDE"), Capital Work-In-Progress, Concession rights and Other Concession Assets.
The Concessionaire shall be obligated, in the terms established in the Applicable Laws and Provisions, to pay all taxes, contributions, and fees, that apply, among others, to the Concession Assets or those that form part of or are incorporated into the Concession, whether said taxes are levied by the national, regional, or municipal government, provided said taxes, contributions, and fees are directly tied to the exercise of the activities by virtue of the Contract.
