Dismissal of Tenured Faculty a) A tenured faculty member may be dismissed only for cause, provided this shall not be applicable to dismissal because of reduction in force.
Dismissal of Tenured Faculty. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Article, in the case of dismissal of a tenured Faculty Member the University shall have the burden of proving just cause for the dismissal by a preponderance of the evidence, and in such case the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.
