DISMISSAL, SUSPENSION AND DISCIPLINARY ACTION PROCEDURE. Section 1: Dismissal, suspension and/or other disciplinary action shall be only for just and stated causes. Written notification for dismissal, suspension or other disciplinary actions shall be sent to the employee and the Union, if the employee is a member of said Union.
