Dismissed or Convicted Employees Not Eligible. Any classified employee dismissed from employment shall not be considered for any additional employment with the District without specific consent of the Board of Education. Any eligible person or employee convicted of a felony shall be dismissed from the service of the District, and shall not be eligible for employment in the District.
