Dispatch Notice definition

Dispatch Notice means a notice delivered by CAISO to Owner’s Scheduling Coordinator on a daily, hourly or real-time basis requesting dispatch of one or more Unit(s) to provide Energy or Ancillary Services under this Agreement. Dispatch Notices include: (a) Day-Ahead Schedules and Real-Time Dispatches where the RMR Unit or Units are flagged as RMR Dispatches as a result of the Market-Power Mitigation and Reliability Requirements Determination processes pursuant to the CAISO Tariff, (b) Manual RMR Dispatch Notices, (c) notices deemed to have been given by CAISO for the Energy actually Delivered by a Unit that starts or increases Energy output as a result of a “system emergency” as defined in the CAISO Tariff whether the start or increase occurs automatically (for Units specified in Section 2 of Schedule A as having the ability to Start-up or ramp automatically) or pursuant to a standing written order of the CAISO, and (d) Test Dispatch Notices given by CAISO under Section 4.9 other than Test Dispatch Notices issued at Owner’s request to test Availability or heat input of the Unit.
Dispatch Notice means the operating instruction, and any subsequent updates given either by Buyer to Seller or by the CAISO to Seller, directing Seller to operate the Project at a specified megawatt output for the period of time set forth in such order.
Dispatch Notice shall have the meaning ascribed to in Clause 11.6.1; “Dispatch Point” shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Clause 11.6.13; “Dispatch Report”shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Clause 11.6.12; “Dispute” shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 25.1;

  • The Test Dispatch Notice shall be marked “Emissions Test Dispatch Notice”.

  • If it is necessary for Owner to operate a Unit to fulfill regulatory requirements for emissions testing, Owner may request CAISO to issue a Dispatch Notice for such operation.

Dispatch Notice means the operating instruction, and any subsequent updates (an “Updated Dispatch Notice”), given by Buyer to Seller, directing the applicable Generating Unit to operate at a specified megawatt output. Dispatch Notices may be communicated electronically (i.e. through ADS or e-mail), via FAX, telephonically or other verbal means, in the case of Dispatch Notices from Buyer, in accordance with the procedures set forth in Section 18.2. Telephonic or other verbal communications shall be documented (either recorded by tape, electronically or in writing) and such recordings shall be made available to both Buyer and Seller upon request for settlement purposes.
Dispatch Notice means a notice delivered by ISO to Owner’s Scheduling Coordinator on a daily, hourly or real-time basis requesting dispatch of one or more Unit(s) to provide Energy or Ancillary Services under this Agreement. A Dispatch Notice shall include a notice deemed to have been given by ISO for the Energy actually Delivered by a Unit that starts or increases Energy output as a result of a “system emergency” as defined in the ISO Tariff whether the start or increase occurs automatically (for Units specified in Section 2 of Schedule A as having the ability to Start-up or ramp automatically) or pursuant to a standing written order of the ISO. A Dispatch Notice shall also include a Test Dispatch Notice given by ISO under Section 4.9 other than a Test Dispatch Notice issued at Owner’s request to test Availability or heat input of the Unit.

Telephonic or other verbal communications shall be documented (either recorded by tape, electronically or in writing) and such recordings shall be made available to both O&R and Owner upon request for settlement purposes. For the avoidance of doubt, any Schedule, including self-schedules, submitted by O&R or awarded by the NYISO in order to allow for an Owner Initiated Test shall not be considered a Dispatch Notice for the period that is the greater of:

Dispatch Notices may be communicated electronically (i.e. through ADS or e-mail), via facsimile, telephonically or other verbal means. Telephonic or other verbal communications shall be documented (either recorded by tape, electronically or in writing) and such recordings shall be made available to both SCE and Seller upon request for settlement purposes. For the avoidance of doubt, any Schedule, including self-schedules, submitted by SCE or awarded by the CAISO in order to effectuate a Seller Initiated Test shall not be considered a Dispatch Notice for the period that is the greater of (i) the number of hours required to complete the test, or (ii) the Generating Unit(s)’ Minimum Run Time.
